New York Baby!

The weather in London is RUBBISH! (and it's supposed to be summer!) So, I did a sneaky escape to up state New York for the sunshine... and the company! Kerrie and Matt and the kids were already out there visiting Mike and Linda (and family) so I bumped onto their holiday... and boy was it nice!!

I spent my whole time lazing by the river, soaking up the sun with the family. It was  so nice!  

Ran into Roman Abramovich's yacht. Only one helicopter on this one though!

Can't thank Mike and Linda (and Kerrie and Matt) enough for having me out and spoiling me so much! Very lucky! 

Wimbledon and a little music...

 Last Thursday I was lucky enough to be taken along to Wimbledon to see the woman's semi finals! 

 It was such an amazing experience to see Serena Williams play...

 and win!

 I also experienced Strawberries and cream.... very British!

 Then on Tuesday I went to see Status Quo and The Dire Straits (without the dire!) at Kew gardens for Summerly's birthday. It was very rainy so we planted ourselves under a tree and had a picnic and then made our way up the front for a boogie when Status Quo came on. It was a great night!

On friday i jumped on a plan and trooped out to up state New York to stay with the Gribuski's! Two days in and I'm feeling VERY relaxed! Photos to follow....
